Name, birth date, birth place, birth time if known, and any context you want to share. For animal readings, species or breed is helpful. Photos are optional unless a specific product asks for one.
If the birth date itself is unknown, I do not quietly substitute an adoption day or rescue intake date as a natal birthday. A Gotcha Day, adoption day, or rescue intake date can be read as an event or milestone chart. If you have an estimated birth date, tell me it is estimated and I will explain what can and cannot be calculated reliably.
